The organization was established after a long struggle, to
ensure that Manado widows, like any other group, have the right to
represent themselves. The organization's goals are the
rehabilitation and support for the widows and orphans, commemoration
of fallen husbands and fathers, and representation of the members
before government bodies and authorities. |

Our major programs: scholarships for the orphans, in SD, SMP, &
SMU (Indonesian School), help in housing, grants and loans for widows
and orphans with economic and health problems. In addition, we assist
in commemorating their loved ones who sacrificed their lives for the
State of Indonesia. |

and grants for widows in need.
- 2. Grants and loans for housing and wedding expenses for the
orphans.
